  Vincent (Vinnie ) Murino

  One of New Jersey's top well-known long-time veterans in the industry, Vincent Murino, has worked in the water industry for over 40 years. Vinnie's beginning was humble; he began unloading 100 lb bags of salt off trucks and sweeping floors in the family-owned Advanced Water Softening and learning from, at the time, the industry's best, his father, Lou. Vinnie had the opportunity to develop his skills in the water treatment business and related plumbing. Through years of working with his father, he decided to branch out and joined Siemens Industries USA in Denver, CO. At Siemens, Vinnie had the opportunity to fine-tune and further develop leadership, management, and project management skills. Having now mastered Project Management, he was assigned a team of 25 plus traveling around the country working on Mega Commercial Projects. Vinnie's two memorable and favorite Projects he Managed were for Coors in Golden, CO., and Lockheed Marten. These two mega-corporate water treatment systems used ultra-pure water and presented a great experience to grow professionally and personally. After this, he became homesick, and his passion was also in Residential Systems. Lou (his father ) drove to CO and asked for him to return and help build the family business. After about ten years of learning every day, working side by side with what was known as the "Industries Legend "Lou. Lou was tired and wanted to retire many times over the past four years. It is sad to say, but it was time to leave. Vinnie now works on Commerical and Residential Water Treatment projects while culturing and teaching others about the industry. Vinnie finds great satisfaction in building long-term personal relationships with customers and team members. Still wanting a family-type atmosphere, Vinnie joined A1 Water Conditioning Softening & Solutions. We at A1WCS are fortunate to have Vinnie aboard; his knowledge is invaluable in the industry. Our staff includes various other personnel with 20-plus years of plumbing and water treatment.
